Very happy with this belt. Highly recommended! I've been looking for a ratchet strap for a while but never bought one - I found them too expensive. It's good quality at a very good price. While not difficult, there are no instructions on how to shorten the belt, which requires careful measurement and trimming of the excess. Make sure you cut somewhere in the middle of your range so you can gain or lose a few pounds. The ratchet has good reach (over 8 inches) but if you cut it too short you will be in trouble.
