I have a mamaRoo and for the first few days your baby will be small and will need an infant insert. I received this specimen as a gift for a friend - and it looks like it's going to be great. My pad is not breathable but this one - I would definitely like to use it for my child. It is of excellent quality and looks beautiful. Now I would like a baby insert that comes automatically with the real mamaRoo - that's certainly a noticeable premium to own such an insert - but despite its price, this insert (or a similar 4moms insert) is worth the money. You might be tempted to shop for alternatives on Etsy, but trust me, you'll have peace of mind knowing that you're getting the best (and most reliable) 4moms car insert by investing in a 4moms car insert.
