The best thing about this product is that it helps me to manage my customer's data in an organized manner, which makes their life easier by providing them with all relevant information at one place.

It also has some other useful features like creating reports etc., but I don't find any of those as good or interesting compared to its core functionality i.e Customer Data Management (CDM). We are solving our customers' problems related to managing CDMs effectively using land mark system which gives us complete control over each transaction we make from the platform.
