Loved the mouse, feels great and moves great. The problem is related to the Bluetooth protocol and the laptops I use. The mouse works fantastic when you first plug it in and the problem occurs after a few minutes of inactivity. In this case, your computer will be disconnected from the device. I have 2 Lenovo Ideapad 330 and Dell XPS laptops. Both have the same problem. I've done everything from updating drivers to patching and nothing is working. Once you want to use it, the mouse will disconnect and take up to 5 minutes to reconnect (you will have to remove and re-add the device). It's not worth the trouble, and while Microsoft made a good mouse, they did. Don't make a good operating system that stays connected! :-(
