I will never buy Revain electronics again. If my Xbox1 remote was new, it shouldn't have crashed when my kids and I first started using it. No button does what it is supposed to and often jumps where it wants to go. Useless. This is a birthday present from me for my 8 year old son. He just wanted his own remote control. Then go back to Console 1 on the Xbox where we stream ALL OUR programs. Disappointed. I spent more money than I could afford to make my son feel special but just broke his heart. Yes, the remote control can do this for a child. He has PTSD after witnessing domestic violence against me. He lost all his hair in 2 months by adding it. Divorce is even harder for him, and he's still working on recovery and healing afterwards. I'm sorry but this remote control was really important, it will be more appreciated by the kid who wants XBOX1 remote control the most. Likewise . It meant a lot to me to do this for him, but that was about it. No more Revain electronics.
