I've been using Trail Toes for years! I used it for two finishes at the HURT 100 in Hawaii, which has perfect scrubbing conditions everywhere. . . hot, very humid and technical terrain. Less than half usually finish this race and many fall from chafing. I live and run in Hawaii and have never had a problem with trail toe chafing. I use Trail Toes on my armpits, nipples, waistband, shoulders and anywhere the sun doesn't shine. I have great socks and shoes so I don't use them on my feet. 4 packs are perfect for drop bags. customer for life!
