When I first received this I was suspicious of how loose the top was. I put it on and jumped and twirled and twirled and shook to see if the girls would stay inside. Although the sides felt very loose, there was no unwanted movement. So I saved it for my upcoming beach vacation. Then the first morning at the beach as we spread out the towels, whoops. It continued as I moved my arms. This happened about 4 times in the first 30 minutes. That's before we reach the ocean. Needless to say, I went and changed. I feel like my chest isn't big enough to fill the top to hold it securely and I'm a DD. Tightening the straps did nothing but hurt my neck.
