although i like the plugin as i never have to worry about slowing down the speed for some reason i have to go through my beard several times, several times and there is still too much loose hair that has not been trimmed. I've never had this problem with my cheap Phillips Norelco all-in-one. I also don't like that the five shots aren't numbered, just dashes, I miss the extra shots, especially since the first shot isn't very tight. Another minor annoyance is that I have to use scissors for the upper mustache under my nose as the tweezers are too long. I do appreciate the durability though as I've already dropped it and it's ok while that's why I finally gave up on the aforementioned hair clipper because falling out of the sink always breaks the hair clipper making it essentially useless . Although I've only used it a few times, I'm already thinking about getting something else as trimming is becoming an even more tedious part of my grooming routine.
