When I ordered this item, I checked several times to make sure I ordered the right bag for my laptop. So when I received the item and it didn't quite fit, you can imagine how disappointed I was. The bottom portion kept bouncing and didn't fully fit the edge of the laptop. Also, the case back then wouldn't let me open the laptop more than 90 degrees without rubbing the case against me. Also, the camera cover doesn't let me fully close my MacBook, so it keeps opening - even the sleeve supports the MacBook a bit. Also, the covers for the headphone jack and charging ports kept popping out and not staying in place. The money spent on all of these items seemed like a good deal until I actually received the product and found it very annoying to use and poorly designed. I will send the goods back and get another brand.
