I looked at several HOTAS mounts for my setup. I'm new to HOTAS/space sims in general but don't want HOTAS to clutter up my desk. I also wanted my setup to be closer to my chair and not have to reach for my desk. There are several quality devices on the market. I feel like they are all overpriced but it looks like you are only buying them once so why not? It was the only HOTAS mount of this caliber that I could find without a 4-6 week delay. The prices were also lower than most. The quality is excellent. I highly doubt that you can accidentally break the device. Setup is easy with their YouTube videos. Overall the device works great and has made my space simulation more enjoyable. One change I'd like to see is the ability to fold down the mounts. Since they are mounted so close to the chair, things get tight. I have to unscrew and move them when not in use. If they had a swingarm that locks into place it would be much better.
