Fits Kohler K3323 Tank (PRO TIP: Look for a stamped K + 4 digit number inside the water tank when purchasing parts) HISTORY: I have three of it in my house. One needed a replacement and it took me a heck of a lot of time to find it locally, either at big hardware stores or a local hardware store or even a specialty hardware supplier (they didn't stock parts, had to order). So I thought let's see if I can buy directly from Kohler. But their website is terrible and I couldn't find that part for sure. On the other hand, Revain was great with the right price and free prime shipping! BAD NEWS: I ordered two sets of these. Both packages were slightly opened/torn (perhaps normal). In the main package, the lock nut and spacer were loose. So two levers are ordered, but only 1 lock nut/spacer kit! LOCKING NUT + SPACER: There is one customer comment that suggests this item should not come with a locking nut. Product description does not match the topic. I was about to return a set and Revain sent me a replacement and hopefully the replacement will have a lock nut/gasket set but thought too much hassle especially when the replacement is not included which will bring me back a few more days. I drove to the local hardware store and thought I might find these locking nuts on their shelves. A hardware store employee told me that levers MUST come with lock nuts and they are not sold separately. Lesson: In any case, I used a locknut from a previously purchased lever to get the job done without having to return Revain. Moral of the story: don't throw away extra parts if you have a place to store them. They can save you time and money in the future. TIP #2: In case you didn't know, these locknuts are reverse-threaded! So be careful when removing the old one from the tank. MUCH LUCK!
