The controller I received was supposed to be used like new but it is not. The tips and triggers are all dirty, even in the seams around the controller. The area where your palms are while playing is riddled with scratches. At best, this controller should have been listed as "Fair Used". Disappointed, I paid almost full price for the dam. i give it back
