Cute, not sucking

This would be a great bath toy but one side is not sucking. I've even swapped suction cups, tried many surfaces, etc. only one suction cup doesn't work. I can't find a suction cup anywhere that fits this particular toy, so I guess I'll have to return it. piss off!
