Review on Optimized search-friendly name: Hydracentials Vacuum Insulated Stainless Steel Water Bottle with Straw by Ashley Slater

I bought a black bottle for my son about two weeks ago and he loved that his water had the stayed cold all day. After hearing how much he liked his bottle, I decided to buy one for myself. I bought a stainless steel bottle with sleeve and cleaning brush and am very happy with my bottle. Unfortunately the black bottle I bought started leaking after two weeks and my son didn't want to use it anymore because it had ruined the paperwork in his backpack. I decided to email the company that evening and received a reply from them first thing in the morning. They were so nice that they immediately sent a new cap. It was definitely a pleasure working with Kristen, the owner. As long as the second bottle I buy doesn't leak I will definitely be buying from this company again. The bottles are great (apart from the leak), the drinks stay cold for hours and the customer service is fantastic. Thanks again Kristen for your help!
