At first I thought of sending the holder back. But when I got an email from the seller I decided to ask if there was anything I could do to make it hold up better because it's moving away. They advised to wet the glued areas with water, it helped. Since I just poured some water on my hands and wiped the protruding pads, my phone holder didn't move. It's durable and I'm glad the seller contacted me and answered my question in a timely manner. For the price you can't beat it. Now I can safely drive, talk and watch my favorite channel from my phone!
