I read somewhere that this model is universal and is also suitable for sleeping on the stomach. The first days I was delighted, the pillow is soft and elastic at the same time, it is a pleasure to lie on it. A couple of days later, a headache began (I slept mainly on my stomach), perhaps I chose the wrong height or the pillow was not intended for sleeping on my stomach, but I had to give up the pillow.
