Updated Review - Teapots & Coffee Sets

****Update**** The company has since contacted me about my purchase. They were very welcoming and did their best to improve my experience and offered a refund. Although this product didn't work for me, it might be perfect for someone else. ****Original Review**** Two stars because cups and saucers are still useful to me even if the kettle is not. I really wanted to like this teapot. The green and gold aesthetic was perfect for the small tea party I had planned. Thin glass feels wrong like I'm going to bulk up and shatter at the slightest touch. But the really deciding factor has to be that it's not really made for loose leaf tea. It's not even designed for tea bags. The diffuser part just has holes in the bottom (and they're too big. I've had leaves that fall instantly into the transparent part of the teapot) and if you drop a teabag in it you just get a pourover effect, which is the faintest tea I've ever had drank I figured no problem, we can take it and still use it. nope The cover will not fit without the center panel. I could certainly throw something in the transparent part and of course it would still work, but I didn't spend $60+ on it. Tldr; Cups and saucers are useful, the kettle is likely to become the centerpiece, never used or thrown out with the trash.
