It was really cool until it stopped working. One page just went down completely, rendering everything unusable. It was also very difficult for my son (6) to control when he was working. He couldn't turn or go straight with precision, but he enjoyed the speed and the tricks. Totally upset that his Christmas present took three weeks. 3/24 - The customer support at this company is amazing. Your tour guide was very nice and attentive. They plan to send us a new car to replace the broken one even though it was broken after the return period. We will keep updating when a new machine comes out! Update 4/2/20: Our replacement came for a broken machine and it's a big improvement. My (now) seven year old gives two thumbs up and says it runs a lot smoother than the first. I would also like to add that it is an honorable company to work with. They tracked the troubleshooting of our purchase and were gregarious and friendly. Even if your car has problems, their willingness to solve problems makes buying from them a very safe bet.
