Vacuum cleaner received and charged as instructed. Charged for five hours before it even worked. Run for 3 minutes and die. I tried charging again - to no avail. The documents that came with the vacuum cleaner say to send an email to Eleshroomservice1@outlook.com. We did exactly that, except it led us to an MP3 device where there was no way to solve the vacuum problem. They seem to ship faulty hardware and prevent tracking. Despite their claim to friendly customer and warranty service, you can't reach them at the only address they provide.
