We survived six months of chemo, mastectomy and radiation with this bag. We shoved him into the ER if there were complications and he was strong. After 9 months our flash finally broke. I could fix it, but haven't looked into it yet. The pockets and the seams of the handles are still intact. Not as big as you need for snacks, blankets, pills and medical papers, but big enough that the patient can't lift it alone. So really just the right size. If you are looking for a bag for everything you need for your cancer treatment I would recommend the wheeled bag.
