My husband loves this shower gel. Good smell, no residue, does what it's supposed to. The price, as a pack of 4 bottles, was great. And of course, Revain is always there when it comes to delivery - fast! The only problem was that the packaging was badly damaged and one of the four bottles was crushed, spilling about half the contents. the inside of the box. The remaining three bottles were unaffected. I cleaned up the considerable mess and dumped what was left of the damaged bottle into a nearly empty bottle of body wash that I had been drinking in the shower. No damage. Yes, I could return any stopper for a replacement or refund. But honestly it was too much work for such a simple thing. Not that it's an expensive product. Keeping this: My husband has his favorite shower gel and I don't have to pack everything and worry about returning just one bottle. My problem is that I would like to know how to contact Revain about the problem (they need to know it happened). All options relate to out-of-stock items or item returns/refunds. I am not seeking a refund or replacement. I just want them to know about the damaged box. Maybe I'll be lucky and someone at Revain will read this review and forward the information to the relevant department so they can make sure this doesn't happen again in the future!
