I used to regularly take sleeping pills or CBD oils to fall asleep until I bought the MUSICOZY sleep mask. I bought one for my wife and one for me and we both love it. I connect it to my iPhone and listen to sleep stories from my meditation/sleep app and after 3-5 minutes I fell asleep. I also track my sleep cycles with the app and have data to support the improvement and consistent quality of sleep I am getting with the MUSICOZY sleep mask (see one of the attached photos; note that we have a 10 month time frame, which is usually the reason for this is shown shorter sleep cycles). Pros: - Connects easily to my iPhone XS via Bluetooth - Volume is easily adjustable - Sound clarity is excellent - Moderate to low audio is not heard/disturbed by a second party (according to my wife) - Noise cancellation is likely to be at high Volume volume, but I use it on low because: (1) I can't sleep because of the deafening noise coming straight into my ear (no matter how quiet the noise might be) and, more importantly, (2) we have a 10 month old daughter that we listen to, we hear her even with the sleep mask on - Front pillow and all materials are soft and satisfying - Adjustable Velcro allows for universal size use - Charged battery lasts all night and in spots. The placement/layout of the power and volume buttons is intuitive and satisfying. The voice notification to turn on/off the sleep mask is helpful. The sides may need an extra pillow if you sleep on either side. Several times I woke up with very mild and uncomfortable ear cartilage pain because my head was being pressed against one of the speakers at night. I find that MUSICOZY is best used face up in bed.
