I was glad to receive this product. I bought it new with sidecar and all. If you see how it's arranged inside in terms of comfort, you'll see that her cock crawls under the pillow and hurts where some bars are. The pillow was too small to cover the entire bottom of the stretcher. I thought it was an embarrassingly cheap creation, or just the way it was put together. The pillow looked like an animal with strange white curls was already inside, but it didn't smell. Wheels are bent out of axis. I tried to block the rear wheels and one of the plastic rods acted like it was about to break. Little things were missing, but still. I feel it will wear off quickly and I don't care about the smell as cats have a strong sense of smell they might not like it. I also felt like it might end up crashing on my cat. I am disappointed with this purchase because I have waited many weeks. I am new to the world of cat grooming. When PetLuv is a great company, I'm discouraged. I also think this product would have a lot of potential if it were done much better.
