I have ordered this product many times and always enjoy using it. If you moisturize your face and apply the product, it lathers well and is a good cleanser. The last time I ordered I put the bottle in the cupboard as I still had the detergent from a previous purchase. When it came time to open this recently, it was like I had received a completely different product. The liquid is more like a gel, with the consistency of liquid hand soap. It didn't lather much and didn't seem to clean at all. When I mentioned this to my hairstylist, she suggested it had expired. However, there is no date or anything on the bottle to establish how old it is. I would like to return it for a (fresh) replacement, but it seems to be too late. So, lesson learned. Do not store this product.
