Very disappointed. - Backpacks
Big disappointment. I used to have a similar bag (same make and model) that eventually wore out. I found the next one and the straps are awful! Instead of being well padded and comfortable like the old ones, they are barely padded and dig into my skin. Too bad, the bag looks good, but it is very uncomfortable to carry.
