The sales rep did everything he said, was easy-going & understanding about our needs when explaining what would be required/helpful during Implementation which resulted in less stress while integrating with Salesforce! We can't complain at all!! Definitely go ahead once you're past thinking this is going too far out or it won’t work out since I felt confident from seeing his face behind my computer screens as well having experience dealing wih Microsoft products before (Office suite).

The support is excellent! They are always willing, able & eager help when you need it most!! I have been with them since Day 1 (we started using ADEPT in 2011) but they've never disappointed me once. Highly recommended - best customer service around. ! Nothing so far- very satisfied! Very helpful staff who listens well too what our needs/concerns can be solved as soon as possible!!
