Review on Sunbeam 6 Speed 220 Watt Mixer White by Linda Diaz

I bought a Sunbeam hand mixer because it was awkward getting the cookware out every time I wanted to whip something small. The blender works well but I'm not happy that the 1st speed is so fast. This blender is so fast that there is no speed to mix or fold the ingredients. This will mix a lot of air into your ingredients. Even if the bowl is short, the blender will throw the ingredients out of the bowl. I would recommend if you are looking for a hand mixer, go to the store and try it before you buy it. The best blender allows you to gradually increase the speed, just like a stand mixer.
