While I LOVE the actual product and concept, I am disappointed with Ethique as a company that discounts their customers. This is my second conditioner. They both arrived with the same large shovel missing on one side. I skipped the first one thinking it might just be a manufacturing defect. The second is missing even more products. These bars are already small and expensive. Please, Ethique, give your customers the full value of their money. It's an unattractive design, and it doesn't speak well for your business if your customers think you're saving to save money.
