Misleading in Pillow
This cushion is not only flat, but also very small. It's hard to breastfeed, especially when you're trying to be discreet and avoid a cesarean. The design of this pillow is cute, but the effectiveness just isn't there. Unless you are petite and looking for a flat pillow... to be honest I would invest elsewhere. Don't get me started on the headrest. Swaddling blankets are likely to provide better support and comfort.
