I can't find the brand I used before so I tried this one. I have experience and knowledge of using this product. I would not recommend this particular brand. The shape and size of the container is too small. After heating in a microwave oven, the top layer remains solid while the bottom layer melts. You can't see it visually and it can cause burns if you try to check doneness. After application, it does not harden sufficiently and leaves a sticky film that is almost impossible to remove. It really hurts me trying to remove the leftovers. I would experiment with a different brand.
