These are really cute shorts. I've always had trouble finding pants/shorts that fit both waist and hips and these are no exception. Standing up they fit great anywhere, but when I sit down the waist is a little wide / has a gap in the back and the legs are a little tight. I keep them because they are very cute and generally fit well. UPDATE: After surfing in them, I decided their cuteness didn't make up for the fit. If you don't have stick feet, this isn't for you. They get very tight in the water and actually hold water. I had to pull her out of my thighs as I got out of the water so she could free herself.
