I was looking for a product that could be used to make a low carb version of milk. This is NOT the same as the skim milk powder commonly found in grocery stores. These are ONLY concentrated proteins from cow's milk, no fat and almost no lactose. However, I have used this product to make a liquid milk replacer that tastes better than whole milk. Mix 1 scoop of product with 1 cup of cold to lukewarm water (use blender for a few seconds), then add 1 cup of heavy cream and enough water to make 1 liter. I add 1-2 teaspoons of stevia or erythritol blend and a small pinch of salt. It's the best I've ever tried and almost completely eliminates lactose, making it possible for low-carb/keto people. Makes great hot chocolate!
