I don't know why it has so many bad reviews. I have KontrolFreek Galaxy on my Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X controllers and I really like them, I bought them for the Nintendo Switch Pro controller and have exactly the same result as others and they fit really well. So the bad reviews are either quality control and a lot of people are getting the wrong ones, or a lot of people aren't reading and are buying the wrong controller.
