Review on Effortlessly Cruise with Step2 Whisper Ride Cruiser Push - Unbeatable Comfort and Style by Bob Schultz

It's not a whisper at all, definitely quieter than their first version but I'd say it's somewhere between plastic wheels and more expensive blue/white or purple/pink buggies. Actually I was a bit disappointed because I had the first version I bought six years ago and I was looking for something much quieter as we could still be heard in the neighborhood a block away. quite loud in another bug so i was very upset to hear little to no noise and it didn't deliver it's still quite loud. It's better on pavement and I mean it's a 50-60% improvement over plastic wheels. However, this didn't really solve the problem. We can still be heard walking around the neighborhood and I don't think they should announce it as a whisper bug when it really isn't. whispering car. It's a shame because I thought I'd get a good deal since it's $10 less and exclusive to Revain, but will spend the extra money! It's not worth the savings. Actually I would like to send it back, but I have already assembled it and used it several times. I was hoping it would get better, but it didn't. I think overall it was just disappointing.
