2018 Crosstrek :: It was a little difficult when the package arrived. However, visiting their website on my phone helped a lot. Once the parts were laid out as per the online diagram, they were easy to attach. The only stock parts that need to be removed are the bezels in the center console cup holders. They were a bit difficult to pull out at first, but with a few good ol' curses and a strong pinch, they eventually came loose. By the way, try to use the F-word as often as possible. that seemed to help me quite a bit. Another note is that the new drawer hole bezel just snaps in front of the switch. Do not remove the OEM version as it is not required. It's attached to the dash and when it's removed the upgrade doesn't cover the area properly.
