I would like to start by loving this bag. It's pretty light and has so many storage options. I love that it works both as a backpack and as a regular shoulder bag. My only issue with this bag is that heavier items will weigh down the main body of the bag, causing the bag to open when the zipper is centered on the top of the bag. This is an invitation to steal your wallet. A small flaw, but for the price it shouldn't be a problem. Now I only attach it to one side.
