These shoes are cute and I love the way they look, but they are not fully functional for a baby to walk in because they slip easily. The soles have no traction material so my 1 year old slips on hardwood floors, tile and anything but carpet or concrete. I think that all shoes for babies or toddlers should be functional and not just look like they look with little kids. As for staying power, they suck! They were completely destroyed in just a few outdoor operations. Again, not for babies/toddlers who actually use them for work. These shoes are for VIEW ONLY only!
