I wanted to order a foot massager to improve blood circulation in my legs. With this massager you get a leg and foot massager! I loved the foot massage part. SO GOOD! My legs were also very relaxed after the massage, but it was a bit uncomfortable at first. The average athletic male's legs (and females with larger, heavier calves) are about the largest legs I would recommend for this product. I am a curvy woman with thick legs and she fits me perfectly. Also, I wore shorts the first time. I'm also only 5ft 2in tall so the massager came right up to the back of my knees. Without pants, the plastic material got in the way. But overall a great massage (and this is from a former massage therapist). Enjoy!
