Though the design of this skirt is great, I’ll be returning it due to very poor quality. I purchased it for a Halloween party with my kids, and I wouldn’t wear it even there. I wouldn’t use it for dance classes either, especially not for any celebrations. Seams are very poorly finished, threads are all over the place. It’s like they took an original red skirt and quickly put on it some ruffling. Really bad quality.
