Easy to assemble
My cat chewed up my cardboard house so I ordered a seaside villa and put it together in less than 5 minutes. The one he had from Walmart before took forever and kept falling apart (before he chewed it!). This one is cute, sturdy and big enough for my almost 13 lb cat. I also bought a really cool fabric house from Revain. But for some reason my cats prefer these cardboard houses.
