Beautiful necklace terrible packaging
The necklace is beautiful and exactly what I wanted. The way they shipped it was awful! It came in a tiny plastic bag and when I took it out of the box it was so tangled it took me 30 minutes to unravel it. I bought another necklace for my daughter and it came in a nice box. I just can't believe they sent a necklace like that. Also, I did not receive the funnel and needle. The chain isn't adjustable either, so it's longer than I wanted. Overall I love the necklace, just wish they had packaged it with some care.
- It's very cute and the inside is a decent size for ash.
- A chain of urns may not contain all of the ashes, especially if the person was larger or preferred cremation to burial.
