I have arthritis and back problems and often sleep with one or more pillows between my knees for comfort, which is minimal. I've heard that a body pillow helps relieve pressure points. I had no idea there were so many to choose from! I prefer a soft but firm pillow and wanted to try My Pillow. I was a little hesitant when I found this as it is listed as a "pregnancy pillow" but was sold to me with the understanding that it is machine washable AND made in the USA. I'm so glad I bought it! It has enough rigidity to hold its shape and provide adequate support. Combined with the satin pillowcase that I bought separately, I can now sleep like a baby!
