Now that it works for me I'm very happy with this purchase. Programming wasn't easy because I couldn't get my 2006 Xterra into programming mode after many, many tries. The instructions are very specific about inserting the key 6 times to get into programming mode and it didn't work. After several searches on the internet I finally found someone who mentioned other key uses. I just stuck the key in until the lights came on and I could program the remote - it took 10-12 uses. I recommend doing a search and watching YouTube to get an idea of how to code. But like I said, I can't believe I have a nice new $12 remote!
