Bought for my husband who has back problems and ended up loving it and using it with the whole family. That's great. You can leave it at room temperature and if you use it on bare skin it will still work as it should. If you freeze it, it will take your body some time to get used to the low temperature, but once you do it will be even more amazing! Highly recommended!
