This seller sells defective goods. When I first opened the "foil" packaging, there was red ink everywhere. When I installed a new cartridge, I received a "cartridge not found" error message. I compared it to another cartridge (of the same model) and it was missing some of the hardware that plugs into the machine. No wonder it says "cartridge not found!" If the seller did something to fix this I wouldn't be so upset.
