Easy to carry, doesn't "slosh "
A friend recommended this to me, and it's just what I was looking for. I like to hand-carry on medium-distance runs. The bite valve gives easy access, which is a plus on long winter runs where I don't want to get my gloves wet or fumble with a pop-top. The flask shrinks as I drink so there's no sloshing of water, and the shape and size make it easy to carry out on the trails. Dishwasher safe is an added plus. Thinking about getting the next size up for my longer runs.

- The flask may be more prone to developing a sticky or tacky feeling over time if exposed to high humidity or moisture
