In my experience this is a decent set for grooming a slightly larger baby. The nail clipper's blade area is wider than the kids' clippers we use, and the blue plastic nail clip on the sides of the blade makes the tip too big to trim small nails efficiently. Strangely, the handle is small enough for a child's hand, but no child cuts it, so the ergonomics have failed. In fact, I let my 2 year old use the included scissors because the handles are so small. Also, the little plastic handle keeps the manicure knife in the plastic case so I can't pull it out to empty it. Minus for ergonomics, plus for a well-groomed body. We will use it as a replacement.
