Received the pen today, the quality of the packaging was excellent made me feel like it will be a quality product. I took the pen out of the box and all that was left next to the pen was a piece of paper to register the pen. There is no manual explaining how to use the 7 tools that this pen claims to have. The only tools outside are the handle, which needs to be twisted to loosen the tip, and the bottle opener. After watching a YouTube video to see how to get the other 5 tools, I couldn't get the other 5 tools out of the pen.
