This is definitely an apple and cinnamon scent. No apple with a hint of cinnamon or vice versa. It's 50/50, you can feel both scents the same. And it smells nice, but not as strong as something like Yankee Candle in the same scent. They smell a bit more artificial, like air fresheners. Nobody will mistake the smell for the real one. However, people will say that it smells nice. The problem is that it is a STRONG scent. All oil refills are made for Air Wick. I have several other oily scents and they are all a little overpowering. They are perfect for a large room in the house or even better for public bathrooms where a strong scent is welcome to mask anything else in the air. However, for your bathroom or kitchen at home (which is where I usually put them), they seem to overwhelm the space. So you have to really love the scent to be able to wear it all the time. This apple cinnamon flavor is a friendly scent that most people enjoy, so I prefer to use it most of the time. However, if you have someone at home with asthma, it may be too much for them and this can make the situation worse. However, if you are looking for an air freshener for large rooms or public areas, or just love very strong air fresheners, this Apple Cinnamon Oil Mask is a great choice.
