I got size C-D. I am 5' 7" and 140Ibs with long legs and these fit well, no problem with them staying up through a day of errands. They sit at just the right height and can be pulled higher which was shocking considering how small they look right out of the package. So these are a good choice for taller ladies. They are also super soft. My only concern is that they don't have a reinforced toe and in my experience those without a reinforced toe tend to get runs. I might drop a star off my review depending on when they get their first run, but so far they've held up well.
